Totoapuri – Account Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of their Totoapuri account and the personal data associated with it.

Deleting your account in the app

You can delete your Totoapuri account directly from within the app:

• Open the Totoapuri app
• Go to the Profile screen
• Select Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be restored.

Data that will be deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the following data:

• Name and email address received through Google Sign‑In
• User-specific app settings (such as language and notification preferences)
• Any user-related data stored on the Totoapuri backend

Data that may be retained

Totoapuri does not retain any personally identifiable data after account deletion. Technical server logs may be stored for up to 30 days for security, debugging, and service reliability purposes. These logs do not contain identifiable personal information and are not used for analytics or marketing.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to delete your account through the app (for example, if you cannot sign in or no longer have access to your device), you may request deletion by email.

Please use the same Google account email address that you used to sign in to Totoapuri. We will verify the request and delete your account within a reasonable timeframe.
